Refund Policy

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellation within 24 hours or no show, would incur 50% of the counselling session fees. Refunds may be provided under certain circumstances. We’re here to help, just ask if you're unsure.
